This wine's 10 year release! Each year this wine expresses differently.  2023 sees a lighter style with fresh, bright red fruit, still holding elements of confectionary, with savoury-ness and energy.
 
Always a late pick of Shiraz, 2023 vintage was colder and wetter so late in the season meaning that this year its carbonic maceration style had to be altered. Direct pressed juice was poured over whole bunches for 5 days to semi carbonic the fruit under juice.
